UAM1000 economical ultrasonic coating equipment is an economical spraying machine，it is a complete ultrasonic spraying platform designed to easily integrate with existing equipment. The system consists of an ultrasonic nozzle with spray forming components, a control housing and a variety of liquid delivery systems. Switching from traditional high-pressure spraying to Cheersonic’s ultrasonic atomizer can reduce the amount of spraying materials used by 75% and achieve more stringent process control.
This equipment can produce a more uniform, thinner and more controllable film coating, and can be applied to a full range of ultrasonic nozzles for the production of small and medium area coatings. This equipment is widely used in the field of precision coating preparation.
